We take your care seriously and want to make sure you have all the information you need. You can find out more about our services, the test and scans and ongoing therapies that we offer and our outpatient appointments system. We also offer patient information leaflets about the conditions we treat and the procedures we undertake.

We explain how you can help us prevent and control infections, as well as your rights as a patient and how to access your patient records. And you can let us know how we are doing by filling in one of our patient surveys.

There is also lots of useful information such as pharmacy opening hours, Wi-Fi and entertainment and where to find our shops, cafes and restaurants.

The NHS online platform My Planned Care gives you access to waiting time information for all hospital Trusts in England, including King’s. Please note, the waiting times on the platform are provided at speciality level, and may be different to the waiting time you are given by the team treating you.
