Biography
Dr Daniela Paraschiv is an Obstetric Consultant with interest in Maternal Fetal Medicine. She is currently the lead clinician for the care of pregnant patients with HIV infection, endocrine conditions, malignancies or fetal abnormalities.
Dr Paraschiv trained in Bucharest, Romania and completed a Fetal Medicine Fellowship in King’s College Hospital (2013). She also completed the Advanced Labour Ward Practice and Maternal Medicine ATSMs. In 2013, she engaged in a maternal medicine fellowship at King’s College Hospital, studying various aspects of preeclampsia management.
She has a special interest in late pregnancy loss and and works closely with the governance team and the obstetric bereavement team to ensure continuous improvement of care in these overwhelmingly sad cases. She is currently the obstetric lead for patient satisfaction, helping to learn from patients’ feedback.
