Non-Executive Director appointed

31 March 2021 - Steve Weiner joins the Trust’s Board

Steve Weiner has been formally appointed as a Non-Executive Director to the Board at King’s College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, after being brought in on a 12-month basis in 2020. He was appointed by the Council of Governors for a four-year term.

Mr Weiner brings a wealth of financial sector experience to the role, having spent most of his career in finance with the international consumer goods group Unilever. He retired from his role as Global Controller and part of Unilever’s finance leadership team in 2018.

Mr Weiner has extensive experience in making operational and commercial decisions involving large budgets and complex financial constraints, and in leading and developing multicultural teams.
