Biography
Ms Maria Satchi is a Consultant Urological Surgeon and Andrologist trained in general urology, andrology, genitoscrotal reconstruction and male factor infertility. She has completed a competitive fellowship at the internationally renowned Institute of Andrology, University College London Hospital.
She is the lead for the Andrology and Male Factor Infertility Service at King’s College Hospital. This is a tertiary referral service for conditions, such as Peyronie’s disease, erectile dysfunction and penile prosthetic surgery, peno-scrotal lymphoedema and ejaculatory dysfunction. She also runs the joint sickle cell Urology-Haematology clinic at King’s College Hospital. Patients with male infertility are seen at King’s Fertility where surgical sperm retrieval surgery is performed.
She is an elected member of the British Association of Urological Surgeons (BAUS) Executive Committee for Andrology and Genito-Urethral Surgery and a champion for improving patient access to specialist care.
