Data about levels of nursing, midwifery, and care staff across all inpatient wards is published every month. The main purpose of this data is to obtain assurance that wards are safely staffed.

Care hours per patient day (CHPPD) data shows staffing levels in relation to patient numbers.

Fill rates show the extent to which ward rotas are filled.
