Publication of spend over £25,000

As part of the government’s commitment to improving the transparency of how public funds are used, central government is required to publish all expenditure over £25,000 from 1 April 2010 to the current date.

Salary payments to staff are excluded from these disclosures, as are any invoices that are protected under the Data Protection Act. A single invoice may be coded to multiple expense areas and therefore individual line items in the data may be below £25,000. Across expenditure areas, the invoice will be over £25,000.

We have published our spend from 2010-11 onwards. If you require information on spend from before this date, please contact the Freedom of Information office.
