King’s Collaborators Hub
Join the King’s Collaborators Hub to stay up to date with what is happening across the Trust and help shape the services we deliver for our patients and communities across all our sites.
The hub is designed for patients, relatives and carers, and members of the different communities we serve. Whether you have an idea about how we can make improvements, an interest in a particular clinical service we provide or are just interested in getting involved with the work of the Trust, there is something for everyone. Areas you can get involved with include:
- Arts
- Cancer
- Children and Young People
- Communication
- Critical Care
- Dental
- Emergency Department
- End of Life and Palliative Care
- Estates and Facilities
- Maternity
- Mental Health
- Outpatients and Diagnostic Services
- Pharmacy
- Quality Improvement
- Therapies
The hub represents the diversity of the communities that we serve and the patients we care for.
As a collaborator you can be as involved as little or as much as you like with our patient and public engagement activities. You can share your views, attend virtual or in person events, or simply respond to documents or new developments via email.
We use a system called Better Impact which gives you greater control of the level of involvement you wish to have with the Trust. You can access the hub via any online browser (here is a helpful step-by-step guide) or it is available as an app which can be downloaded via the Apple App Store or Android Play Store on your mobile device. Please note, you must be aged 18 or over to join.
The hub allows you to sign up for events and focus groups using the calendar feature on your profile. You also receive monthly patient experience newsletters to ensure you stay up to date with what is happening across the organisation and health and social care in south east London.
