Photography and filming requests

We regularly receive requests for filming and photography on our premises.

All such requests should be directed to the Media team in the first instance. Unless agreed otherwise, film crews and photographers must be accompanied by a member of the Media team at all times.

Location filming

On rare occasions, we facilitate location filming at King’s for production companies and independent film makers.

While we charge fees for this, all the income we receive from filming is reinvested back into the Trust, and our rates are competitive.

We only agree to location filming requests if specific conditions are met, and where there is no impact on staff or patient services.

Fees

Half day (up to four hours):

  • £2,000 for weekdays
  • £4,000 at weekends and out-of-hours (5pm to 9am)

Full day (up to eight hours):

  • £4,000 for weekdays
  • £8,000 at weekends and out-of-hours (5pm to 9am)

Our fees are non-negotiable.
