Dr Castell shares the Breast Cancer practice at King’s with Dr A Rigg and is the lead clinician for acute oncology, responsible for developing the service. Together with other oncology consultant colleagues and a team of two acute oncology CNSs and two fellows, she provides an assessment and an advisory service for the King’s oncology patients.
She is also a senior clinical advisor for the South East London and Kent Metastatic Spinal Cord Compression service.
