- peritoneal dialysis (PD), including assisted automated PD and continuous ambulatory PD supported by our community team based in Sydenham
- acute kidney injury and chronic kidney disease care
- anaemia management
- conservative kidney management
- plasma exchange services
- general and specialist outpatient clinics for people with:
- advanced kidney disease
- diabetes and renal disease
- lupus nephritis
- sickle cell disease affecting the kidneys
- polycystic kidney disease
- renal-liver.
Our clinicians also provide a pre-kidney transplant service, supported by counsellors and dietitians, to help prepare patients for transplant. Transplants are carried out at Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust.
