Buddy Scheme

You may be assigned a buddy or mentor as part of your induction, to help you settle in more quickly. You don’t have to have take part in the Buddy Scheme but we recommend you have someone to help you in your first few months at King’s.

They are a friendly ear and can offer advice on how to get things done, sort out problems, and generally get used to the Trust.

Having a buddy gives you a chance to talk freely with another member of staff. Everything you say to them is absolutely confidential: nothing gets written down and nothing gets said to anyone else.
